What was a single-story, corner lot, terrace house is now converted into a double-story, villa-style residential unit with a high ceiling and plenty of natural lights. The homeowner is a retired couple and they requested of having lots of display cabinets for their memorabilia. This was realized by the installation of open shelves cabinet in the living room, dining room, and tv-room. Elevated ceilings in certain areas like living room and kitchen added the feel of 'openness' to the entire house. Spacematic Studio had the role of project management, space planning, architectural design, interior design, and interior decoration.
